Tell me all there is about UW please - Guild Wars Forums

Recently i got tired of SF farming and decided to try UW but it was damn tough, i was in two groups and both times we died real quick.
So i would like to know everything there is about UW farming as a monk

As smiter, that invinci monk and healer and if there is then other types too. I want to give my best to the team im in but right now i cant because of the lack of knowledge i have about UW.So i could use the list of spells and such i should use and info about UW monsters and how the teams work there
